NEWCASTLE KNIGHTS 2025 NRL INDIGENOUS JERSEY
The Newcastle Knights 2025 Indigenous Jersey is designed by proud Wiradjuri and Wongaibon woman, Renae Lamb. Born and raised on the country of the Awabakal,
Worimi and Wonaruah people of Newcastle, Port Stephens and the lower Hunter valley, Lamb’s artwork is entitled ‘Nginhabulagu’ which means belonging in Wiradjuri language and represents the fact that Knights players from many different nations come together on Awabakal country to represent the club and its community. Here, they spend time learning, sharing and healing together as a team, and Lamb’s artwork represents the many men, women and young adults that have chosen to chase their dream in Knights colours. The design also pays tribute to all those great Indigenous players who have
represented the Knights, their families, nations and communities over the history of the club.
