Are your products officially licensed/authentic?
Yes, absolutely! Every product we sell is 100% officially licensed merchandise, so you can shop with complete confidence knowing you're getting the real deal.
Ordering
Can I change my order after purchasing?
Of course! If you'd like to make a change to your order, please email us at hello@myteamshop.com.au as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Please note that once your order has been dispatched, we're unable to make changes to it, but you're welcome to return or exchange it once it arrives, in line with our Returns Policy.
Can I cancel my order?
I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order, how can I check it has gone through?
This usually just means your confirmation has landed in your Spam or Promotions folder rather than your main inbox, so it's worth having a quick check there first. If you still can't find it, just pop us an email at hello@myteamshop.com.au and we'll happily resend your confirmation and double-check everything's gone through smoothly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay, Afterpay, Zip, and PayPal - so you can choose whatever works best for you at checkout.
Can I layby or ask for items to be held?
We don't currently offer layby, but we're always happy to see what we can do! If there's an item you'd love to have held for you, just send us an email at hello@myteamshop.com.au and our team will do their best to help.

Shipping and Delivery
How long will my order take to be dispatched?
Orders placed before 12pm are usually dispatched the same day, otherwise your order will be sent out within 48 hours. Please note that during busy periods (such as sales or new season launches), dispatch times may occasionally take a little longer.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehosue, you'll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its journey right to your door.
What if my tracking hasn't updated/my order seems stuck?
Don't worry - it's common for tracking to take 24-48 hours to update once your order has been dispatched, and occasional short delays in scanning can happen with Australia Post along the way. If your tracking hasn't moved for more than 5 business days, please get in touch at hello@myteamshop.com.au and we'll look into it for you.
How long will my order take to be delivered?

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship pretty much worldwide, so wherever you're supporting your team from, we can get your gear to you. For estimated delivery times and shipping costs to your country, head over to our Shipping & Delivery page.
What happens if I'm not home for delivery?
Our parcels require a signature on delivery, so if no one's home to receive it, Australia Post will take your parcel to your local post office for collection. You'll receive a card or notification letting you know where and how to pick it up.
Local Pickup
You're welcome to collect your order between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please note we're closed for pickup on weekends and public holidays.
Do I need ID to collect my order?
No ID required! Just bring your order number and the name the order was placed under, and we'll have it ready for you.
Returns
We offer a 30-day returns policy - items just need to be in new, unworn condition with tags still attached. For full details, please see our Returns Policy.
