Can I change my order after purchasing?

Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel you order if it hasn’t been sent out. Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
I have not received a confirmation email after placing my order, how can I check it has gone through?
Please check your spam and promotions inbox to see if your order confirmation has been sent to there. If you are still having issues locating it, please send us an email so we can send it to you.
Can I layby or ask for items to be held?
We unfortunately do not layby orders but please email us if there is something you would like held and we can see what we can do to help.

here. Please take into account our NRL retro jerseys are oversized, and we usually tell customers to order a size smaller for a better fit.

Orders usually take 1-2 business days to be sent out from our warehouse in Taren Point, NSW.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been sent out, an email with a tracking number will be sent.

Local Pickup:
Can I select local pickup for my order?
Yes. You can collect your order from our warehouse located at 37 Mangrove Lane, Taren Point, NSW, 2229.
How long does it take for local pickup to be ready?
Local Pickup is usually ready on the same day if ordered before 2pm (Monday to Friday).
What are the local pickup hours?
Local pickup hours are between 10am and 3pm Monday to Friday (not open on weekends or public holidays).

What is your returns policy?
- Please see our returns policy here. You will need to go to the returns portal here and fill our the relevnt details to start your return/exchange.
- We have a 30 day returns policy. Item must be in new condition in the bag with tags still attached. We ask that customers place a new order for the item they would like and once we receive their return, we will process a refund. This ensures that stock is allocated to the customer and the order is sent out quicker.
How do I return an item?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and may choose to use a prepaid label ($12) through our
returns portal or ship the item back using their preferred carrier.
All returns need to be sent to PO Box 2354 Taren Point, 2229 with the return form included in the parcel bag / box.
For exchanges below $150 with a prepaid return label the total is $21.95 (Inc $12 Prepaid label + $9.95 Shipping fee).
For exchanges below $150 a $9.95 Shipping will be charged to customer (if customer is returning items via their chosen courier).
In the return portal, the purchaser can choose between a prepaid return label ($12) or shipping their return back with the courier of their choice.
