MELBOURNE STORM 2003 AWAY NRL RETRO JERSEY
This is the jersey that started everything. The 2003 season was Craig Bellamy's first as head coach of the Melbourne Storm, and it marked the beginning of one of the most successful coaching tenures in the history of Australian sport.
Melbourne finished the season in fifth, their first finals appearance since 2000, with Bellamy instilling a new culture and direction from day one, debuting NRL immortal, Billy Slater and the emergence of Cameron Smith.
Slater, Smith and Cooper Cronk, the trio who would go on to define an era, were all finding their feet in 2003, wearing this very jersey.
